Our standard rates start at $650 for Boundary Staking and $1000 for Boundary Surveys & $1,300 for Boundary & Topographic Surveys. These are based on standard subdivision lots created after 2000 and with limited tree coverage.

Rates will increase depending on lot complications, type and amount of improvements on the lot, and whether a trip to the county record room is required to gain a legible plat copy.
